After proposing extreme national policy positions and using hateful inflammatory rhetoric Donald Trump now appears to enjoy the support of a third of potential Republican voters. It seems to me that it’s time for the American public to become much more actively engage in thoughtful discussion about where our democracy should be going, how we should try to get there, and what our relationship with the rest of the world should be.

I will make future posts in the following broad categories: Religious Tolerance, Gun Violence, Political Compromise, Racial Justice, International Relations, and Central Ohio News.

You will likely learn a lot about who I am and what I think from my initial posts. Hopefully, over time though it can become a dialogue rather than a lecture. I encourage you to challenge my thinking and/or offer your own perspectives in this forum.
